We provide specialized services and support for people with:

• Intellectual Developmental Disabilities

• Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Physical Disabilities

Our programs include:

• 24-hour Supervised Residential Services in homes located throughout Staten Island

• Supportive Living with peers in smaller settings (e.g., apartments) with full staff assistance for daily living activities

• Individual Support Services (ISS) for people able to live independently with minimum assistance

• Day Habilitation with on-site and "without walls" opportunities

• Community Habilitation allows people to fully access all available opportunities for socialization, education, recreation, and activities of daily living

• Respite Services- an opportunity to experience activities in the evening and on the weekend

• Advocacy and Referral Services
