Our highly trained, nurturing staff work together to foster increased independence, socialization and community inclusion for everyone we serve. Individualized service plans help to ensure individuals achieve structure, meet their goals and reach their full potential.
SERVICES
Crossroads’ comprehensive support services promote skill building and self-sufficiency in our esidences located throughout Staten Island. Each Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) is fully staffed with 24/7 supervision, as residents hone their daily living skills and become more independent.
